It had 22 episodes. and some movies. To be viable as a syndication you need at least 80 episodes to strip it in reruns. The target is usually 100 episodes. A series that crankas through 150+ episodes is a great success. That is why though I despise ST:TNG it is a very SUCCESSFUL series.
