Here's what I put as my yearbook quote (if I don't remember the exact wording I'm sorry, it was... OMG it was 14 years ago! Jeeze, I better get my AARP application ready !):

If there were a mile-high mountain of granite and once every one thousand years a bird flew by and brushed it with the tip of its wing, by the time that mountain had worn away a fraction of a second would have passed in the context of eternity.
