This Terminal is from a Fan based Race for TOS BSG, the Artalian's were a created species. Mark Vansevenandt, The man who created this site:

He came up with everything about them, including where their space was in conjunction to the Orions and Colonials. Only the symbol is for the Artalian's, The Terminal is my own Design.
