Sign the four additional Battlestar Galactica Online Petitions

The four additional Battlestar Galactica Online Petitions are also available for you to sign and show your support for Battlestar Galactica. The Battlestar Galactica Richard Hatch Petition respectfully requests that Richard Hatch make his trailer, "Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming" available to be shown on the Internet. Richard Hatch -IS- listening! If you agree with the petition, then sign the petition to make your voice heard. The Battlestar Galactica Sci-Fi Management Petition requests a change in management at the Sci-Fi Channel. The petition urges the Sci-Fi Channel to focus more on sci-fi programming, including Battlestar Galactica, instead of broadcasting non sci-fi television shows, or axing sci-fi shows that have done well, such as Lexx and Farscape. The Battlestar Galactica Save Starbuck Petition is a humorous petition, but for a serious matter: Ron Moore's new Battlestar Galactica mini-series script for the Sci-Fi Channel calls for Starbuck to become a female! Starbuck, one of the original series' most popular characters, becomes Kara "Starbuck" Thrace in the new mini-series, and "Starbuck" is merely her radio call sign. If you want Starbuck to remain a male and make your voice heard, be sure to sign the Battlestar Galactica Save Starbuck Petition. Finally, the Battlestar Galactica No Re-Imagining Petition is a succinct petition that supports Richard Hatch's "Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming" continuation concept over the Ron Moore re-imagining felgercarb. You can make a difference, so be sure to sign the four additional petitions, after you sign the five primary petitions!

Articles and Fan Fiction

Fourth Week of March, 2003

I'm happy to announce that all of the interactive storylines & role-playing game notes from Delphi Forums have been uploaded to our web site in the "Articles & Fan Fiction" section. This was a major project I've been working on over the past six months. Since Delphi Forums does not have the ability to export notes, all notes had to be manually copy-and-pasted, twenty notes at a time, into text files and then cleaned up with Microsoft Word. All notes have been posted to our web site in paragraph form. This means that all tabs, indents, and line breaks in each note have been replaced with a single space. That way each note from Delphi Forums only takes up one paragraph on the web site. This will make it a lot easier for newcomers and visitors to read our notes from Delphi, which are now classified as fan fiction. Also, personal signatures from Delphi have been removed from each note as well. Other than the spacing updates and removal of account signatures, all notes are otherwise intact. Each note will appear as originally written, and this includes any typos and spelling errors. Since there are thousands upon thousands of notes now published on our web site, I thought it better to keep all notes in the authors original format, rather than attempt to correct any spelling or grammatical errors. All interactive storylines & role-playing game notes from Delphi Forums were included in this project so there are no missing topics. Enjoy! Note: Our former 4-year home on DelphiForums.com had 8,590 posts from its opening day of 6/6/1998 to its closing day of 4/6/2002. Of the 8,590 posts, 4,726 notes were role-playing game notes, and 3,864 notes were other discussion notes.

From The Council Of 12: General Order #001

New report from peter noble on the Council of the Twelve at ColonialFleets.com: "During the weeks and months we will need everyone's support and participation in a number of schemes to keep the dream alive. We've dreamed the dream for 25 years, who says we have to give up our dream! Now, one thing that has been happening is Alpha Squadron. This was formed initially to write letters to sponsors in support of the sponsor boycott. We still need volunteers to do this to make it work. But Alpha will be flying other missions that will include information gathering and first contact with other science-fiction fans. To do this we need all the warriors we can get! So if you're interested PLEASE contact jjrackman (post in the Alpha Squadron thread at the Galactica Cafe)." For the complete report and to participate, click on the following link at Colonial Fleets.

Sneak Peak of the New G?

Hito at Colonial Fleets has posted 3 new screen grabs at DarkerVisions.com. The screen grabs are from the new QuickTime VR tour of new Battlestar Galactica bridge at SciFi.com, and may indicate what the new Battlestar Galactica will look like. The screen grabs are close-ups from the background bridge screens in the VR tour, so the images are of moderate quality.
