#1: B, no question about it. This is the dream of most Galactica fans! It would be a production not driven by egos, but by true fans with a great love and respect for the original.
#2: C, DeSanto's version is quite compelling, presenting a new spin on the Galactica mythos. The fact that he also has X and X2 blockbusters under his belt doesn't hurt either. The guy knows about production values and is himself a fan of the original.
The show would be in good hands with either of the two teams. I feel that the line between the two would someow become quite blurred....
