Once you create an account, you can upload images and name them.
The easy thing with Postimage is when you want to share an image, you can access an html code menu to post it in a variety of place, including discussion boards like this. By clicking the appropriate link, it will automatically copy the html and you just past it into a thread. I have mostly used the thumbnail function to keep threads reasonably sized, and the thumbnail will be hyperlinked in to a full-sized image on the postimage site.
