Glen Larson has NEVER had such power as Apothis claims he once possessed. He was instead, and still remains, very much like a general who is trying gamely but vainly to fight a total war using severely limited resources because the civilian government secretly wants him to lose totally, permanently, and in a manner that will shame him, and always has and will.
