They're all nice, and all from the Original series too. The nuBSG lot just reused the old ships (aside from the battlestars, Vipers and Cylons...)
Nobody seems able ot get the 'head' of the Galactica right, IMHO. There's always something 'off' about it to me when compared to the footage from the series...
My only contribution is this. Not a schematic, nor even complete yet, but I could work on it some more:
Designed and built for use in a game, rather than for gloy shot renders
