I got to see this sequence re-done for I-MAX theatre presentation, WOW it was cool!
Despite the drawbacks of the Special Edition treatments on these films, I'll be getting the DVD's. All I have are the fullscreen versions of the original trilogy, and I really want to see the widescreen versions at DVD quality.
Do the extras cd's have any of the original sequences without the SE treatment? For example, before and after looks at the scenes? If so, someone industrious could reassemble them, LOL.
