In addition, the UK set has two extra features not on the US generic version (but please... don't shoot the messenger!
) - the featurette "Kiss & Tell : Romance in the 24th Century" & a trivia quiz "Trekker Connections" - a DVD comparison website claims that some US retailers are selling the bonus extras as a supplemental disc with the main set.
Now that's how to do a DVD set (take note, Universal!)
