Just chanced upon this, which searching the internet for something else. Its a post by the people who run Superteam, a production company who do both their own productions and fanfilms :

This is also shown as a news item on their website.

Seems its about a production company they work with called Cheneyfilms.com who are producing a production called RECON 7 1943 starring Dirk Benedict.
