In one of the Battlestar Galactica television films there was a scene where an astronaught found Adam s diary and begin reading it. It s been many a year since I seen this cant find it on you tube.

That was a telemovie mashup of "Experiment In Terra" and "Return of Starbuck." The "mashed up" telemovies that would combine two entirely unconnected episodes into one in order to give us a "movie length" feature that could be syndicated have generally been invisible for decades while the two-part episode that were left alone and expanded with scenes cut from the original ABC broadcasts are a bit more common in circulation. You'll never see full versions on YT because Universal is notorious about keeping that stuff off due to copyright issues.
