Em looks at Jean-Luc :P: but then looks back at the handsome warrior that has bidded for her affection and she smiles. :girl: She takes his arm and they start walking toward the hanger bay to look at the stars (well, you didn't think I was going to take a stranger to my quarters....did you? :wtf: :/: *sigh* wondering if maybe that wasn't such a bad idea*)....anyway......as they walk into the hanger bay they see a bright flash. That a Cylon kamakazi pilot has exploded into one of the civilian ships ..

Shiningstar and Amberstar quickly obey Colonel Tigh's order to launch and to protect
what remains of the civilian ship. All squadrons quickly launch in order to intercept
the rest of the cylon fleet trying to ram into the Galactica as well as other civilian ships.
As ................

Em brings her viper around for a frontal attack...... a cylon fighter breaks off from the group.....suddenly..............................

Tries to lock onto Em's Viper ............ "SHOW Them your Nose!", Apollo calls out to Em as
Amberstar manages to shoot Em's raider so that Em can continue to her frontal assult as

Gaelen for the first time ever climbs aboard her viper, heart pounding and nerves a little shaky but ready and willing to come to her friends help, she's in the tube and launched.. there is so much confusion all around her, vipers and cylons and lasers everywhere...

Shiningstar smiles as Gaelen joins the fray. "Lock on the cylons Gaelen! Plenty for
you to shoot at!", Shiningstar calls out over the intercom as she gets her fifth kill
for the day and as Jolly gets his eighth kill by shooting the raider that just locked
onto Shiningstar. "Thanks Jolly!", SHiningstar says as she turns her attention to
the cylon raider trying to make a run into the already damaged civilian ship as
Gaelen ...............................

her nerves now steady as a rock ..........reaches down and logs her first kill as the
cylon raider explodes to smitherings .......... Apollo calls out "WELL DONE Gaelen!",
as the battle rages on. Everyone is up to their hilts in cylon raiders as................

Gaelen shoots down another one! (sorry had to write that fulfilling childhood fantasies and all that) whhooohooo she cries got you, you old.(bleep),just then....

Shiningstar has one on her tail ..............She tries to flip and show the raider her
nose but to no avail ...............then ........just as she sees that the raider has
gotten a lock on her .........Starbuck blasts the raider out of the sky.

"Thanks Starbuck! I owe you one.", she calls out as .........................

she sees one going on Starbuck's tail and blasts it to bits ................just as

.....a mysterious explosion rocks one of the attacking BaseShips, sending debris everywhere.

turning them into tin cans! "Got 'em on the run, lets finish the job," says Bsg. She spies a raider turning aronund to fire on....

shiningstar who simply could not shake the GOGLAMONG TIN CAN ..................and

Bsg nails it with a double laser volley. "No thanks necessary." She heads back to the Galactica. Over the radio they all hear.....

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW as starbuck
and Apollo take out the missle guidance systems of the basestar and
Sheba captures the cylon tanker as .........................................................

Shiningstar quickly rejoins the fray and nabs a cylon raider on boomer's tail..........
and ......................................

Gaelen laughs enjoying her friends excitement and success at killing all the cylons whooohooo, it's been a good fight! just then...

Colonel Tigh gives the orders to return to the Galactica.
SHiningstar grudgingly acknowledges the order as Starbuck says ........
"But we are WINNING!".........Colonel TIgh then says
"No BUTTS ......Starbuck ..........return to the Galactica!"
"FRAAAAAAAAAAACKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!", SHiningstar says
as Starbuck looks over at her viper in surprise. "THAT'S
MY LINE!", he says indignintly. "Sorry.", Shiningstar
says Blushing as ...................................................
