Ice cream with crunchy bits of ice.

Every once in a while, I have to get the cheapest ice cream I can find--it's the only stuff that still has crunchy bits of ice in it.

i like to get the cheap orange shrebert, get it good and frozen, take a scoop and put into a bowl, add some milk. let it sit a moment then scrape the sides of the sherbert. it makes a cream that taste like the old "dream sickle(?)"

i use to have them when i was about 7 up in mississippi when we would visit my grand parents. me and my brother would get to walk to the back block, to the local store and get some ice cream.

this only works with the really cheap sherbert, the more expensive stuff is to soft and melts instead of freezing the milk.

i have not thought of that in a long while. i guess i am going to try it this week-end and remember the fun we use to have at grand paws (or paw-paw's) house. thanks for making me remember that.

what I hate even more are those mysterious small rubber things I find in chicken.

I had that icy experience last night with a slice of Friendly's Reese peanut butter cup roll!
