firefly on DVD
And in a bit of Fox DVD info, Ain't it Cool News is reporting a few possible details on the studio's planned Firefly box set. All the episodes (including a few that were never aired) will reportedly be released on disc later this year, in anamorphic widescreen video, with other extras TBA. Here at The Bits, we've heard that this will include audio commentary with series creator Joss Whedon and various cast members for each episode. Just FYI.
info is from http://www.thedigitalbits.com/rumormill.html#0410 Hope this is good news, Thomas & anyone else that liked Firefly. |
AWESOME! I am so looking forward to seeing the episodes that never hit the airwaves. I also hear they will have the episodes in the order they were meant to be in!
Thanks Jewels!!!! |
Oh btw- Nathan Fillion who played the captain is currently guest starring on Buffy as a evil preacher with a penchant for violently killing the ladies. And Gina Torres who played his right hand woman is on Angel playing a goddess with a hidden evil side. Both roles will be carried on multiple episodes. :D

Joss takes care of his cast one way or another, I suppose!

Warrior, I only caught two episodes & Thomas has me convinced the DVD would be worth having!
As to the release: What a difference an on the ball studio like Fox makes. I love how they did X-men 1.5. The behind the scenes stuff was fun! |
I'm going to have to rewatch! I missed that part. the whole thing with the leather suits and making it over the "seawall" was funny. And Bryan going out to meet the spectators, was too. The one guy isn't going to believe that was Bryan until he sees the DVD and himself on it. And checking out the 1st toys with the cast was funny.

Warrior... that girl in blue was walking around NAKED and you were looking at a KID?!?!?
 |
