Angel is Cancelled?
 

I read over at http://zocalo.isnnews.net/ a quick blurb that Angel is cancelled. The show about the undead vampire seems to be fated to die itself at the end of the season.

I'm saddened to hear this. While the writing in previous seasons have gotten weak, this season has gotten much better. The episode where Cordelia Chase returns for a last farewell was incredibly poignant. I really loved that one.

But the early realization of the demise will at least give the writers time to finished Angel's Destiny. And the story can have a good ending. With this talented team of writers you know that that's going to happen. And it will be a good ride till the end.

I used to watch it and don't have time to follow it anymore but am really shocked to hear its being cancelled.

I'm going to miss it. Last week's episode was great and this one looks like it will be hilarious.

bsg1fan, I hope you give it a try this week. These guys are really pumping out some of their best scripts. Its gotten much better.

I'm so far behind in it now that I don't know if I would be able to follow it. Beside I usually have to fight for the remote with the other half. Might be a college ballgame on or something he likes.

Sad news:( I didnt get the chance to watch like I wanted to, but I will miss it.

In a nutshell. Cordy's suffering for her visions earned her the right to become one of the POWERS THAT BE. And she is gone from the show, but her last episode was very poignant.

Angel had a son, but he suffered horribly. And Angel signed a pack with the Evil Wolf Ram and Hart Lawyer guys so that his son would be happy, but no body remembers that his son is his. The world thinks he is someone elses kid now, and his son is happy. Part of the deal requires that Angel and company take over the LA branch of Wolf Ram and Hart.

Gunn also made a deal with the bad powers, and they gave him a brain jack so now he is filled with lawyer knowledge.

And beside Wesley being alot darker, that's all you need. :D

But I had a feeling it wouldn't stay around long when they announced Buffy was leaving the air. *sigh* Just a weird feeling and some fans were saying it was going to be this way when we were at Dragoncon. Well - Raise a glass to a good run while it lasted! :colada:

You forgot about Spike joining the cast.... anyway, I'll miss it but I've only liked a couple eps since the connor/cordy thing (ew!) and i hope another network picks it up.

I have to agree about the Connor / Cordy thing they made me wait so long for Cordie and Angel and then that! ACK!!! I was shocked they "killed" off Cordie in the last episode!:( :( :( :( me no want Cordy go:( :( :( :( :( I'm going to miss event spike:( :( :( :( :( and of course no more ogling Angel:( :( :( :(
