Nuts like cashews (which is really a seed), pecans, filberts (hazelnuts to the rest of you), walnuts, almonds... some people (I can think of a couple).... they are all good for you, in moderation.

Moderation is good for some, but myself I like an abundance of the pleasures that is possible in life.
