Also appearing will be Adam West, Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether (all three from Batman), Julie Benz (Darla from Angel), Cindy Morgan (Tron), Shannon McRandle (Mara Jade from Star Wars),...

Wow, I am so close to Baltimore. About a 6 hour drive or a short plane ride.
I would love to go, I'd love to meet Adam West in person. Just my luck I have plans for then that I just can't get out of. :(

God, even when I was six years old, I had a thing for her. (Impossible to believe, I know, but somehow when I was six years old certain parts of my body achieved "rigor mortis" when I saw her.) :D (I know, too much information.)
On a more serious note....I think she was the original Lara Croft (Tomb Raider). Back then, Lara wasn't even thought of...but if you look at some of the publicity photos of Joanna Cameron as the archaeologist/school teacher, and compare them to some really good CG pics of Lara Croft, she looks an awful lot like her.
So, here's to my first Childhood crush...Joanna Cameron/ISIS...the original Tomb Raider.
Nostalgically,
Martok2112 :salute:

Add me to the list of those who had a crush on Joanna as well. Wish I could go too! (and when are we finally going to see Isis released on DVD so I can dump those horrible off-air recordings from Sci-Fi Europe??)

According to everything I've read about attempts by fans to get ISIS on DVD...the company that distributed the show apparently was very crass in their response, and said something to the effect of "there is no way we are going to release that forgettable show to DVD" or words to that effedt. So the reruns we may be lucky enough to catch are probably the only visual representation we will have of that show.
With regret,
Martok2112

Well that's true when Hallmark owned the rights to the Filmation library (for those shows not involved with another legal entity like the Trek Cartoons are with Paramount and the Shazam live action shows are with Warner), but Hallmark doesn't own them any longer, and so now the hope game begins anew with the new rights holders.

Filmation vault now belongs to EntertainmentRights, a company in england. If you would like to find out more, I think this woman is the person to ask.
