I'm a Starwars and watched the first season and liked it. I thought it was a little too targeted to the kid audience rather than the teen and adult fans but of course it's on a kid's network what do you expect?

Sorry to scare you Amberstar.
but this ties over the "gotta have it" edge till next year.. that and the new book "Survivor's Quest." That book was dedicated to the members of the 501st legion. :D

hmm... I guess I'll watch it... though i think i'd rather have them do a New Jedi Order series (heavily edited so that certain characters don't die *cough*Anakin Solo*cough*) I didn't like the few pics of the animation of seen on websites.... but i did want to see the series so I'll put it on my calandar. Thanks for the info!

I have never seen this series but here is an interesting fact. Most of the voice actors in the series are the same ones who provided them for the various games. Tom Kane has done Yoda in a number of games.

I can't wait to read survivors quest as well! :) It'll hopefully give me a break from attempting to read the NJO series without throwing the book against the wall. *I have a gruge against DelRay... they killed Anakin! *

In one of the books... uhm can't remember the title but Chewie gave his life to save the twins. I want to say it was Vector Prime... I could be wrong on the title. But Chewie died to protect Han's kids.

So was the 501st! That year at Dragoncon - they awarded Peter Mahew with a hero medal. I have to say it was quite the touching scene. He may be a wookie but the 501st - we LOVE him! ;)

That article was also in the UK's Star Wars magazine too, with some great concept artwork.

Do you get the StarWars Insider over there? if so that is way cool!!!

Star Wars Insider can be bought on import from specialist retailers (Borders & comic and sci-fi/fantasy shops), but in the UK, Titan Publishing has the license to produce the official magazine for this country - simply called 'Star Wars'. It pretty much has most of the articles carried by Star Wars Insider - but doesn't have 'Holonet News'!

Aw. I'm sorry!! Are you subscribed to Hyperspace???
Ian_W359

I'm not currently subscribed to Hyperspace. I remember there was some negative feelings when the service first started, with some people asking why they should pay for something that up until that point had been free. I heard recently that it has merged with the official Star Wars fanclub
The UK has it's own club, run in partnership with Titan Magazines (publishers of the UK Star Wars magazine).
All the best,
Ian W359
