View Full Version : Some New Art and a mesh

I added a few pics of things I've been playing around with lately from the BSG universe.
If you go to my BSG Gallery located here:
http://www.soliumstudios.com/spaceart/spaceart.htm
Toward the bottom left you'll see a couple book cover mock-ups, and a mesh I've been working on based on Tom DeSanto's design.
The mesh still has all those little flaws I can point out, and the texturing is always a work in progress, but I decided to add these now as I like how they are coming, and with other things taking priority I don't know when I'll have the time to get back to them.
Blah blah blah... enough of my yammering!
Hope you like,
Dave

OH GOSH OH WOW!!!!!!!
Hey awesome :D
Its great to se that you brought DeSanto's vision to life. :)
Are you going to animate it?
Is it okay we can add them to the kerin art page here?

Sure, add anything you like to the page. Just not those embarrasing pictures of me with the tigers at the zoo. Oh wait, only I know about those... nevermind. Drunk one night, crazy party, Tarzan complex... come on, we've all been there right?
As for animating, that's something I want to do. I'll be sure to let you know if I get around to it.
I may also send the mesh to Michael if he wants to post it on the Battlestar Pegasus Model page.
Thanks,
Dave

Thanks, I appreciate it very much.
I've been doing some art for the Colonial Fan Force site. You can find them at:

I keep hoping to continue the Sentinels' storyline, but I just don't know if I'll ever get the time.
