They specifically are looking for those attendees that stayed at the Sheraton Universal OR were turned away due to the hotel being "full" when they tried to book initially OR if you tried to add an additional night to your stay.

So:
If you stayed at the Sheraton please let them know the number of nights and the name the room was registered in (if you haven't already done so)

If you were turned away due to the hotel being full: please let them know that also.

Thanks, Julie! I have about 2/3 of the guests accounted for, but still need quite a few.

The important thing is if we can get someone to say that the hotel told them that they were full for whatever reason. They are saying we owe them quite a lot for unused rooms, but they can't charge this if the rooms were sold to someone else.
