R. Moore remake of Wizard of OZ?

I just read a rumor regarding a possible remake by Ron Moore & The Wizard of Oz.

Some early changes were rumored to Include:

The Tin Man
In this Reimaging he is now human, transformed by a bad witch but he still has no heart. This is to avoid logisitical problems like the original movie.

Dorothy
Dorothy will be played by a young boy to give the film a different feel.
Possible name choices include Donnie or Danny.

Scarecrow
In this re-imaging, the scarecrow is now a clone, also in Human Form who only has so much time to live.

Yellow Brick road
The Yellow Brick road is green in this film, reasons not cited.

The Munchkins
will be replaced by Monkeys and renamed the MONKINS for political correctness.

If I only Had a Brain
For some reason Moore alledgedly refuses to use this song in the film citing 'a personal objection'.

Like I said, this is all rumor. I'm very excited about this new version.

The way I heard it, they weren't going to change the character's name at all.

Hmm...I heard Dorathy was gonna be played by Jamie Farr reprising his roll as Klinger....was something about he already had the Scarlott Ohara dress?:D
