I just got my California sample ballot. One vote for recall. Two state measures to vote on....AND EIGHT PAGES OF GOVERNOR CANDIDATES!!!!!!!!!

Oh man... at least this year I don't have to worry about having to pick the better of two evils. This year i got CHOICE!!!!! LOL

amber- our last election none of us wanted to vote for Gray Davis cause he fouled up so badly with the power crisis. Several days no powere, than rolling blackouts and then he paniced and signed a power contract that guarantees us to pay EXTREMELY high power prices for years to come.

However he ran an extremely but effective dirty campaign where he convinced everyone that his rival was a crook. So we had a choice- idiot or criminal? So we picked the idiot. Now we had a chance to get rid of him. :D

At least you will get Davis out of office. Hope all works out for the best.

Usually we are stuck with the better of two evils. I actually do appreciate the choice. The scrambling of 160+ names though needs to be rethought though. if only I had $3600 to spare. Then *I* would have run!!!! :D
