Since we're dealing with continuations vs "reimaginings" and things don't look good right now, maybe THIS little tidbit about another sci-fi show being continued may lighten the mood:

According to people who correspond with Ken Johnson, he has struck a deal for a "Next Generation"-type continuation of V.

While I was never much of a "V" fan, as long as they stick to the REAL thing, it'll be okay.
