Need help finding a model...if it exists.

I'm looking for a model of the "Ship of Lights" in Lightwave format. I know that a model exists in MAX format, but does one exist in Lightwave format? It would be a great help to me in this "project" I'm working on right now. Anyone have any idea where I can find a lightwave "Ship of Lights"? Thanks in advace.
