I attended in 2004 and it was a well attended con where I had a great time. :)

I'll keep an eye on the website and try to inform CF if there's a BSG TOS celebrity attending as a guest.

Richard Hatch has been one of the guest every year that I have been going to DragonCon. A couple years ago Noah was also at DragonCon. :)

Yep I met Richard Hatch at last year's DragonCon (as well as some Farscape and Firefly folks). Looking forward to this year!

According to the DCon website, right now only Richard Hatch is scheduled to be a guest from BSG...

I met Richard Hatch at DC in 2003 and he was very friendly and courteous. But Herb Jefferson can really use some social skills. I said hello to him and wanted to ask him a question and take his picture with my camera and he said that if I wanted to talk to him that I had to buy a signed picture of him for $20.00 . I lost alot of respect for him that day. I just went to the next table and Richard talked to me and took a picture with me. He was a gentleman.

I had an unpleasant run-in with Herb the first time I met him and I have heard others say the same. When I saw him on Friday at Comic Con he was much nicer. I did notice that he was "far from polished" shall we say. I do think that he caught wind that he was pissing off his fans.

I'm glad it wasn't just me...lol...also there were no other people stopping at his table and he didn't even have a volunteer with him....... I am surprised he didn't try and get on the *shhhhh....new series* but I guess he didn't need the money....

I heard things about Herb but when I met him and he learned I was off to the 'Stans after Galacticon2003 he gave me a FREE signed autograph pic for my tent. We had a pleasent conversation, I liked him. Maybe people have off days?

Well, that was nice. Maybe he was having an off day with me...but when he said " I'm sure you are a very nice person, but I am not here to talk for free". The thing was, I was the only one paying him any attention.....I was at RH's table for about 30 minutes and no one stopped by Herb's table.....I thought he was sad..... but maybe he'll be nicer this year.......

That and he is very good friends with Tom DeSanto. When Galactica was taken from Tom from behind his back, I think Herb had no reason to do the new show. But if they give him a big bag of money, you will likey see him there to.
