Ok, so I won this lot. But there are a few things I can't figure!
Whats the 'medalion' on top of the webbing belt in the first photo?
Whats the origin of the pouch?
I'll let you know when it all arrives (its en-route now).
But I thought it'd be fun to guess now.

I saw this auction myself and, I must admit, some of these things are noodle-scratchers to be sure. The medallion may have been something worn by one of the Council of Twelve. It is certainly not anything worn by Adama, Baltar or Iblis. This is my take on the first picture from left to right:
Blue Squadron
Pegasus collar pins/US Navy Command-Ashore
Unknown Medallion above standard belt w/ buckle (same used by all military branches)
Beneath that, two silver "command" insignia pins (modified U.S. Army Intelligence) and one medical pin (unknown origin - VERY RARE!!!!)
Pegasus patch/Korean-era SCARWAF (Special Category Army With Air Force ground troops)
Medical patch (also very rare - unknown origin)
Some goofy thing from a convention
The belt/pouch combination is unknown to me. It may have been an early prop from the pilot that wasn't used in later eps. Don't recall ever seeing it. It's more likely a fan-made thing, as cubit bags were more like leather sacks with cord ties at the top, made out of the same material as the flight jackets.
The Earth/Wings shadow box is from Buck Rogers. The large earth-and-shield patch goes on the shoulder and the smaller wings patch goes on the central upper chest area.
The Trek insignia are from both TOS and TMP, with all branches present.
Quite an impressive collection. I guess I'll have to go back to my DVD box set to try to find out where the medallion and belt/puch came from. The medallion may have also appeared in Buck Rogers - props and costume bits were frequently used in both.

That is a pretty sweet collection you scored there. Lots of great stuff from several series.
When it becomes too much work keeping all of the dust off, can I have them? :D

lol, I'll be sure and bear you in mind Frag ;)
Gebrig: thanks, I was kind of hoping along the lines of what you say.
Someone must recognise the medalion?
I'll post a good scan when it arrives.

Hey Draco,
If that's really a medical insignia, would you consider lending it to me for a mold? I can trade you out a bunch of my resin replica castings....
